Led by Dr. Margaret Frankel, our team of dedicated professionals pursues excellence in dentistry through precision, artistry, tech-savviness, attention to detail, and a focus on comprehensive and aesthetic dentistry. We strive to make a lasting impact on a person's oral health, and overall health and well-being at any age by creating more confident, enduring smiles.
We welcome families, children, and adults of all ages to become a part of our dental family. Our practice takes an interdisciplinary approach to dentistry, working together with dental specialists, as well as physicians in order to provide excellent care and better looking and feeling smiles.

Dr. Margaret Richards Frankel
Dr. Margaret Richards Frankel is at the forefront of dental treatment modalities – her patients describe her as innovative, thorough, tech-savvy, aesthetics-obsessed, knowledgeable, and kind. She always takes the time to walk patients through diagnoses and possible treatment options, making them experts and advocates in their own care.
Dr. Margaret Richards Frankel is the second generation of her family to service Clevelanders with quality dental care. Her father, Dr. Steven Richards, transitioned the dental practice to her in 2013.
Dr. Frankel is a graduate of Case School of Dental Medicine, is a member of many dental organizations, both local and national, and is passionate about continuing her education and being active in the dental community.

Our Dedicated Team
Dr. Danielle Richman
A local Clevelander, Dr. Danielle went to Orange High School and then moved onto Columbus Ohio, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
From there, she went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from The Ohio State University, graduating in the top 10% of her class and being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Danielle is an active member of many dental organizations including the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Ohio Dental Association and Alpha Omega International Dental Society. In addition, she is involved in various study clubs in the community with other like-minded dental professionals!
Dr. Danielle is passionate about expanding her dental education. She is currently enrolled in Spear Education and is pursuing the advanced education curriculum at The Pankey Institute in Key Biscanye, Florida.
Dr. Danielle strives to continue learning and being at the forefront of dentistry to give her patients the best quality dental care with a comprehensive approach. She shares the same passion as Dr. Frankel, believing that dentistry is a combination of art and science and that oral health is strongly connected to your overall health and well-being.
In her free time, Dr. Danielle loves trying new restaurants, traveling, taking Pilates classes, seeing Broadway shows and spending time with her family and goldendoodle, Ruby!
Rhonda
I have been in the dental industry for over 35 years. With my recent move from Arizona to Ohio, it afforded me the opportunity to work with Dr. Frankel and her impressive team. I enjoy being a part of a team whose focus is on taking exceptional care of their patients by offering the latest techniques in dentistry. Dentistry has been my passion my whole life. I have one newly married son and a lovely daughter in law. In my time away from work, I love to cook, hike, bike ride and camp.
Christi
I am currently our Practice Coordinator with many years of previous dental office experience. I am very passionate and love to interact with all of our patients at Richards Frankel Dentistry. I believe that giving them my fullest attention at the front desk assures the best quality of service. I love to travel, cook, read, and spend time in Marblehead. However, when it truly comes to my free time, the best time spent is with my husband and four children.
Jackie
Jackie began her journey in dentistry in the US Army reserves and has been serving for six years! She wanted to pursue dental hygiene on the civilian side and graduated from Lakeland community college in May 2020.
Jackie loves making her patients feel comfortable and helping them achieve their oral and overall health goals.
In her free time, she likes to travel and share quality time with friends and family and playing with her dogs.
Dena
Dental assistant AND ice-skating coach, Dena has been in the dental field for 24 years, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that she has joined our RFD family! Dena is married with two boys who are avid sports players. When Dena isn’t seen floating around our practice she likes family movie nights and taking walks with her family. She can also be seen basking in the sun in Naples Florida, one of her favorite home-away-from-home locales. Dena is an ice skater, and is a competitive synchronized skating teammate and a synchro skating coach as well! She even coaches Dr. Margaret!
Kate
Kate received her bachelors, as an Alpha Delta Pi national honor’s student from Notre Dame College and continued onto Case Western Reserve University earning her EFDA designation. As a state licensed Enhanced Function Dental Auxiliary, Kate is an accomplished dental professional who is dedicated to providing the best care possible to her patients.
Kate is also a seasoned fisherman, archer and proud dog mom to her Boxer, Mila.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors!
Carrie
I have been a dental assistant since 2012 and an EFDA since 2021! My passion is making people smile and feel confident in that smile. When I am not at work, I am with my daughter and two sons! Together, we like to hike, play outside, read books, and try new recipes for dinner. In my “free” time I like to read or hang out with my friends!
